Any advise of following Surface integration ?

Here is what one of my customer would like that I integrate under a Surface application :

This links is a simple page which is updated every day by the web site. Do you thing it is possible to display it and get it refreshed according to web site frequency ?

This one seems to be more complicated but I guess we could get seperate flash fiele and convert them. Cause I guess would be difficult to get the whole site as it is.

Today my customer is using a Firefox plug in and add this 3 links and they gets displays one by one at a specific frequency and display on a LCD screen.
